Our graters are thrown on a potter's wheel using a speckled brownstone clay. Non-toxic, food safe glaze was used before kiln firing, ensuring durability. Grate garlic, ginger, or strawberries in a circular pattern starting in the center and working your way out. This is our favorite way to grate ginger for teas and curry. We like to leave the garlic in the dish, add olive oil and enjoy with warm crusty bread.
